ENT Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ENT Specialist to join our team at Ash International. As a Consultant ENT and/or Paediatric ENT, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our healthcare services.

• Diagnose and treat a range of ENT conditions, including paediatric cases
• Develop and implement treatment plans, including surgical procedures
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Contribute to the development of our healthcare services, including quality improvement initiatives

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• 3 years Consultant experience in a Western hospital
• 3 years post-specialist qualification experience from the following countries:

• UK – CCT
• USA – American Board
• Canada – Canadian Fellowship
• Ireland – CSD/CSCST
• Australia & New Zealand (Fellowship)
• France – DES/DESC
• Other European countries according to the qualification equivalence tables of the SCFHS.

• Guaranteed Salary: SR To be advised
• Annual Gratuity: 1⁄2 Months salary per annum
• Incentives: Paid as a % of income earned for the hospital
• Contract Duration: 2 years renewable
• Contract Status: Married (if required) Self, spouse & 2 children (to 18yrs)
• Accommodation: Provided free of charge – fully furnished
• Flights: Economy Class for family at start & end of year
• Leave: 40 days a year – can be split
• Edu Allowance: Provided for up to two children
• Study leave: Up to 7 days after 12 months service
• Medical Cover: Provided
• Transport: As required
• Malpractice Ins: Provided at a cost price
• Hours of Work: 48 hours per week, 8 hours per day–shifts dependent on speciality
• On call: As required within the rota
