As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating LEED and Mostadam certification and compliance on behalf of the contractor. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and coordinating all compliance documentation of LEED and Mostadam, performing site visits, developing and managing sustainability plans, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and regulations.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 7 years of experience in construction projects, with the last 2 years focusing on LEED/Mostadam projects preferably in KSA. You will also hold LEED v4 AP (AND) Mostadam AP credentials and be proficient in building codes and regulations in KSA.
