We are seeking a highly skilled Rigging Supervisor to join our team in the role of Rigging Supervisor. As a division of ERAM Group, Eram Talent is dedicated to connecting high-potential professionals with sophisticated skills to companies in need.

• Supervise and coordinate rigging operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Plan and schedule rigging activities, allocating resources and manpower to meet project requirements.
• Inspect and maintain rigging equipment, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to safety standards.
• Train and mentor rigging crews, providing guidance and support to improve their skills and performance.
• Coordinate with other departments and project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Monitor rigging performance and quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate measures.
• Maintain accurate records of rigging activities, including inspection reports, maintenance records, and equipment certifications.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies to promote a safe working environment.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in rigging technology and industry best practices.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in rigging operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of rigging equipment, techniques, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret project specifications and engineering drawings.
• Certifications in rigging, such as NCCCO or ITI, are highly preferred.
• Good physical condition and ability to work in demanding and challenging environments.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.
