Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Expert to oversee all financial aspects of our business. This includes developing and managing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the company and its projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the company and its projects.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and analyses, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations and projects.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and company policies.
  • Identify and assess financial risks, proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve optimal performance.
  • Work closely with project managers to monitor project budgets, identify cost overruns, and implement corrective actions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in finance/accounting roles, preferably in the infrastructure or construction industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
