iENGINEERING (Private) Limited is looking for a highly motivated QA/QC Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to work on various civil and electrical projects and contribute to the success of our company.
Main Responsibilities- Oversee the quality of all work and ensure compliance with clients' requirements.
- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure high-quality work.
- Train and orient QA/QC inspectors on project quality systems and procedures.
- Assist the QA/QC Manager in developing, coordinating, and supervising the project Quality Management System.
- Maintain records of all QA/QC related documentation.
- Review and approve special inspections and material testing performed by third parties.
- Coordinate timely inspection and approval of materials/equipment delivered/completed installations at the site.
- Lead a team of QA/QC engineers and inspectors on the project.
- Allocate work to Quality Engineers/inspectors and control their progress.
