About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Engineering Manager to join our team at Allianz Saudi Fransi. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our risk engineering efforts and ensuring the effective management of risks across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of insured properties and operations, identifying potential hazards and evaluating existing risk control measures.
  • Loss Prevention and Control: Develop and implement loss prevention programs to mitigate risks and reduce claims frequency and severity.
  • Technical Support and Advice: Provide technical advice and support to underwriters, claims adjusters, and other departments.
  • Inspections and Risk Analysis: Conduct on-site inspections of insured properties to assess risk exposures and recommend improvements.
  • Risk Engineering Analysis and Reporting: Analyze risk data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and develop and manage reporting requirements.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Team Management: Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards, and lead and mentor a team of risk engineers.
  • Client Relations and Industry Knowledge: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent service and technical expertise, and stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, and a minimum of 7 years of experience in risk engineering or a similar role in the insurance industry.
  • Professional Certifications: Professional certifications such as Certified Risk Manager (CRM) or Associate in Risk Management (ARM).
  • Skills and Knowledge: Very good knowledge of Risk Engineering standards in an insurance environment, familiarity with the regulatory framework of insurance business, and proficiency in risk modeling and data analysis tools.
