Key Responsibilities

  • Contractor and Consultant Management: Review and approve contractors and consultant's prequalification requirements, as well as supplier's performance for Mechanical related items.
  • Project Communication: Review the contractor's communication pertaining to topics such as change orders, agreed-upon variation values, timeline extensions, and claims, and offer essential counsel to the project manager concerning these matters.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: A minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the aviation industry.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrated experience in design, technical evaluation, project management, erection, commissioning, and integration of Baggage Handling Systems.
  • System Design and Supervision: Substantial experience in the design and supervision of HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
  • Leadership and Communication: Exceptional project management and leadership skills, with strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using modern engineering software and tools.
