We are seeking an experienced Project Management Professional to join our team at JASARA Program Management Company.
As a Senior Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing project management activities, resources, equipment, and information. This includes breaking down projects into manageable tasks and setting realistic timelines and deadlines.
- You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
- Evaluate client expectations and proactively address any issues that may arise during project execution.
Additional responsibilities include preparing and managing project budgets, identifying and analyzing project risks and opportunities, and providing recommendations for mitigation. You will also oversee project procurement management, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and monitoring of supplier performance.
A successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion. They will possess exceptional organizational skills, including strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
This role requires excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships. Familiarity with project risk management and quality assurance control is also essential. Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project and Basecamp, is highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. PMP / PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
