Job Description:

The PMO Lead will play a crucial role in shaping our project management framework, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering projects on time. This individual will lead a team of project managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive project management framework, including processes, standards, and governance.
  2. Lead, mentor, and support project managers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard.
  3. Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure project alignment with organizational strategy and objectives.
  4. Monitor project performance using standardized reporting, KPIs, and dashboards to ensure transparency and control.
  5. Identify and mitigate project risks, bottlenecks, and challenges, providing proactive solutions to ensure project success.
  6. Implement and maintain project management software tools to enhance efficiency and resource allocation.
  7. Lead the PMO's resource planning and allocation to optimize talent and capital utilization.
  8. Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  2. 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a PMO leadership role.
  3. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  4. Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of complex projects with cross-functional teams.
  5. Proven leadership, team-building, and mentoring skills.
  6. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
  7. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.
