Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leading the IT department in the development, implementation, and management of technological aspects within the organization.
  2. Designing the organization's technical architecture and infrastructure to ensure scalability, security, and reliability.
  3. Evaluating and adopting suitable technologies to streamline operations and enhance performance.
  4. Planning, executing, and delivering multiple SAP projects and other applications.
  5. Developing and executing a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company's business objectives, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  6. Managing the technology budget, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  7. Overseeing the design and implementation of robust technical architecture, ensuring alignment with business requirements, security standards, and industry best practices.
  8. Establishing and maintaining efficient and reliable technology operations, including systems infrastructure, network, data management, and security protocols for high performance, uptime, and data integrity.
  9. Developing and implementing disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies.
  10. Identifying and mitigating technology-related risks, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  11. Staying informed about the latest tech advancements to provide strategic insights and recommendations for maintaining our technological edge.
  12. Providing management and guidance for IT support of desk-based computer hardware and software, diagnosing and solving issues, and escalating as necessary.
  13. Providing application support across all business systems, diagnosing and solving basic application issues, and routing or escalating where necessary.
  14. Maintaining a knowledge base of recurring issues and their associated fixes while investigating root causes.
  15. Carrying out daily operational tasks, user administration, housekeeping tasks, and system monitoring to ensure the effective operation of IT systems and facilities.
  16. Carrying out IT installations, implementations, configuration, and rollouts, along with other technical duties as required.
  17. Monitoring KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance.
  18. Advising management on planned IT changes and assisting in providing ideas for improvements within the corporate office through IT process and new technology.
  19. Developing and implementing policies and procedures to support IT software and systems.
  20. Serving as the primary technical implementation point of contact for Company service and software clients.
  21. Designing, developing, and deploying improved processes, organizational roles, and tools to enhance service delivery timeliness, cost, quality, risk, and efficiency.
  22. Providing and tracking IT end-user support for both broadcast and desktop systems.
  23. Providing facilities support for all IT and building systems, including security.
  24. Ensuring overall alignment of Strategic Market IT Roadmap within the Management team.
  25. Managing relationships with internal and external third-party vendors to ensure alignment with project objectives.

Technical Expertise:

  • ERP and Software Implementation and Support experience (SAP B1, SAP Business By Design, SAP COO, IVend, Microsoft Navision, Mfgpro).
  • SAP configuration and customization.
  • SAP system integration and interface development (Retail, E-Commerce, Zatca, and Other add-ons).
  • SAP system security and compliance.
  • SAP report and query development.
  • SAP user role and authorization management.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and communication.
  • Project management and coordination.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • End-user training and support.
  • Process improvement and efficiency.
  • Database administrator and support (Hana, SQL Server, Oracle).
  • Application and report development (SQL, Hana, VB .NET, C#, Crystal Report, Excel, Ivend).
  • System and Business Processes understanding.
  • Strategic IT Planning.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control.
  • Third-line Business Application support.
  • Demonstrable VMware skills.
  • IT Hardware, Network, and Security Concepts, Firewall.
