SIJIL is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques, and building strong relationships with existing and new business clients.
About the JobThis is an entry-level full-time position in our Sales and Business Development team. As a Sales and Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for understanding clients' needs and making proposals and presentations to meet those needs. You will also negotiate contracts and close deals that align with the company's objectives and meet client requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Research and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and techniques to meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new business clients.
You will work closely with customer service and product teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance, providing regular updates and reports to management.
