Job Summary

JASARA Program Management Company is seeking a highly skilled Environmental Safety Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement comprehensive policies and procedures to ensure effective health, safety, and environmental management.
  • Audit and Inspection: Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents and incidents, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to employees regarding health, safety, and environmental practices.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of health and safety data, including incident reports and safety assessments.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with changes in health, safety, and environmental legislation and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental roles, preferably in construction or project management.
  • HSE Knowledge: Strong understanding of HSE regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Skill Set: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Certifications: Professional certifications such as NEBOSH or OSHA are highly desirable.
