About the Role:
  • Expert Legal Advice: Provide expert legal advice and support to the company, covering various aspects of commercial law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
  • Contract Management: Manage the review, negotiation, and amendment of commercial contracts to ensure alignment with the company's interests and regulatory requirements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable laws of Kuwait, advising the company on its rights and responsibilities.
  • Dispute Resolution: Handle and resolve disputes through active involvement and provision of dispute resolution advice counsel.
Requirements:
  • Law Degree: A law degree from a reputable university is essential.
  • Legal Practice Experience: 5+ years of legal practice experience is necessary, with a preference for law firm experience and large corporate practice.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the manufacturing industry is advantageous, particularly with detailed knowledge and understanding of Kuwait laws, including the Company Law.
