CARE is seeking a Sales Team Lead to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and expanding our sales presence in KSA. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, coaching, and growing a team of sales executives focused on acquiring and growing client accounts in the F&B sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with regional growth goals.
- Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including restaurant groups, aggregators, and franchise operators.
- Track team performance using CRM tools and ensure KPIs and targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews to build a high-performing sales team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS or tech sales, preferably in the F&B, hospitality sector.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead role.
- Deep understanding of the KSA market and proven ability to close deals within it.
- Strong network within the KSA F&B and restaurant industry is a big plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and a data-driven approach to sales.
- Fluent in English; Arabic.
- Based in KSA.
