Mixology Professional

CARE is seeking a highly skilled Mixology Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving innovative cocktails and beverages to our discerning guests.

This role involves managing beverage inventory, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and interacting with guests to understand their preferences. You will work closely with the service team to ensure seamless operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails and beverages, using fresh ingredients and creative presentation techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of beverage sales, inventory levels, and waste management.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase beverage sales and enhance the overall guest experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bartender or mixologist, preferably in a high-volume establishment.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and other beverages, including ingredients, recipes, and preparation methods.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, with Arabic language skills being an asset.
