Pediatrician Specialist

Yelleb, a leading healthcare institution, is seeking an experienced Pediatrician Specialist to join our dedicated team.

• Patient Care: Provide comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients, including diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.
• Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests, to develop accurate diagnoses.
• Treatment Plans: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and diagnostic results.
• Medical Procedures: Perform and interpret various pediatric medical procedures and tests to support diagnosis and treatment.
• Emergency Care: Manage emergencies and acute conditions in pediatric patients, providing critical care as required.
• Patient and Family Education: Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Collaborative Care: Work with other healthcare professionals, including specialists and nurses, to ensure comprehensive care and coordination for pediatric patients.
• Medical Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and institutional policies.
• Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay informed about the latest advancements in pediatrics through continuous professional development.

• Working Hours: 48 hours per week, rotating shifts (day, afternoon, night).
• Contract Period: Initial 2-year contract, renewable upon mutual agreement.
• Probation Period: 6 months.
• Family Contract: Includes candidate, spouse, and up to two children.

• Medical School Graduation: Must be a graduate of a recognized medical school accredited by the Medical Council of the country of origin.
• Specialty Training: Must have completed specialty training in Pediatrics, with certification from either Tier 2 or Tier 3 qualifications as recognized by the SCFHS.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience is required for Tier 3 qualifications, and from 0 to 5 years of professional experience post-certification for Tier 2 qualifications.

• Competitive Salary: SAR 35,000 - 45,000, commensurate with qualifications, experience, and clinical/surgical expertise.
• Housing or Housing Allowance: Provided.
• Transportation or Transportation Allowance: Provided.
• Child Education Allowance: Covers up to two children aged 6 to 18 (if available and within Riyadh).
• Annual Air Tickets: For employee and authorized dependents.
