The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Receptionist who is proficient in both English and Arabic to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, handling visitor inquiries and administrative tasks with professionalism and efficiency.

Main Tasks

• Welcome and assist visitors, providing them with a positive and efficient front-desk experience.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Ensure the reception area remains clean and tidy, creating a welcoming atmosphere for employees and guests.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, supporting the team in their daily operations.
• Provide information and support to employees and guests, showcasing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), with the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with a strong focus on customer service.
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment, remaining calm under pressure.
