They will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating project schedules using project management software to reflect project scope, timeline, and objectives.

  • **Key Responsibilities:**
  • Project Planning and Scheduling:
    • Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software to reflect project scope, timeline, and objectives.
    • Coordinate with various departments to ensure all aspects of the project are accurately planned.
  • Progress Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Regularly track project progress against established schedule and budget, identifying variances and potential delays.
    • Generate detailed progress reports for stakeholders, ensuring clarity on project status, timelines, and resource utilization.
  • Cost Control and Budget Management:
    • Oversee project costs and resource allocation to align with budget expectations, implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
    • Manage and monitor resource allocation, tracking all labor, equipment, and material costs, and ensure accurate budget tracking.
  • Risk Management and Mitigation:
    • Identify potential project risks in collaboration with the project team, including risks related to interface coordination and multi-disciplinary work integration.
    • Implement risk mitigation plans to manage potential impacts on project schedule and budget, maintaining clear communication with all project stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in project controls, specifically in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven hands-on experience in planning, scheduling, and implementing restore and recovery plan methods.
  • Prince2 certification is essential.
