Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics operations, including scheduling, tracking, and delivering F&B products to customers.
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of products.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, preventing stockouts and overstocking.

Transportation and Delivery

Arrange for safe and timely transportation of F&B products, coordinating with third-party logistics (3PL) providers when necessary.

Quality Control

Verify that all delivered products meet premium quality standards, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in logistics, preferably in the F&B sector.

Skills

Knowledge
