This is an exciting opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. The project involves major mixed-use development, including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts, along with associated infrastructure.

Mace is currently providing programme management and seeking high-calibre professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the delivery team/s throughout the project lifecycle.
  2. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  3. Delegate tasks to others to ensure effective completion.
  4. Review the BIM execution plan developed by the LDC/contractor.
  5. Develop and maintain an understanding of ISO19650 and applicable standards for clients.
  6. Ensure security protocols are followed for viewing and issuing information on all projects.
  7. Implement governance and assurance processes.
  8. Monitor digital handover to completion.
  9. Participate in industry events to stay updated on the latest BIM developments.
  10. Produce information standards, methods, and procedures, and shared resources.
  11. Read, understand, and support the delivery of all Mace processes and procedures guides.
  12. Manage object library development aligned with the wider BIM strategy.
  13. Assure and check the information model.
  14. Review current technology solutions and research new solutions to improve the BIM process.
  15. Stay updated on the latest developments of applicable classifications.
  16. Support construction sequencing strategy using information models.
  17. Support the Mace cost team in preparing cost plans from information models.
  18. Provide training on using databases, evaluating data, creating templates, conducting assurance, COBie production, and other BIM-related topics.
  19. Understand and perform in line with the information management assignment matrix (from Table A.1 of BS EN ISO 19650-2).
  20. Understand the setup of processes and tools for CDEs.
  21. Upskill the client team, Mace project managers, and design team by running BIM knowledge sharing sessions.
  22. Collaborate with the Mace PM and design teams on procedural elements and compliance with the Mace way.
  23. Implement project-specific business intelligence reporting on project BIM performance using Power BI.
