We are currently looking for a highly skilled Retail Maintenance Manager to join our team at ERC International. As a key member of our facilities management department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our retail stores' maintenance functions.

Your primary objective will be to lead and manage a team of maintenance professionals to achieve optimal performance and efficiency. This includes developing and implementing a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, managing internal and external maintenance work, and performing root cause analysis and problem resolution.

You will also oversee the maintenance of electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, as well as ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies. Additionally, you will manage contractors and optimize maintenance material expenditure, providing technical expertise and identifying business improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities:
