Nurse Practitioner

The Nurse Practitioner will play a critical role in providing primary and specialty care services to project site workers and staff. This includes conducting routine health check-ups, assessing health status, and developing personalized treatment plans.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate patient data and develop effective treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct routine health check-ups and wellness assessments on-site as needed.
2. Assess health status and develop personalized treatment plans for site workers and staff.
3. Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with medical protocols.
4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to manage health-related issues on-site.
5. Evaluate and improve the overall health and safety policies and procedures within the project site.
6. Develop and implement effective health promotion programs to promote the well-being of site workers.
7. Ensure the availability of medical supplies and equipment, monitoring for any shortages or expirations.
8. Comply with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
9. Report any health and safety violations to the site safety officer.

Requirements:

1. Nationality: Saudi.
2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a project site or industrial setting.
3. Certification: Valid SCFHS (Saudi Commission for Health Specialties) license.
4. Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Nursing or related field from a recognized institution.
5. Skills: Strong knowledge of medical procedures and emergency response techniques.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for record-keeping and reporting.
10. Language: Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
