ServiceNow Solution Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our team at DXC Technology Inc. as a key member of our Enterprise IT organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the business requirements of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and design a ServiceNow solution that meets those needs.
• Implementation: Lead the implementation of the ServiceNow solution, working closely with developers, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure a successful deployment.
• Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other systems in the organization, such as HR or IT systems, to ensure seamless data exchange and workflow automation.
• Customization: Customize ServiceNow to meet the specific needs of the organization, developing custom applications, workflows, and integrations that drive business value.
• Testing: Conduct thorough testing of the ServiceNow solution to ensure it meets requirements and functions as expected.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation of the ServiceNow solution, including requirements, design, and implementation details.
• Training: Provide training to end-users and administrators to ensure successful adoption and use of the ServiceNow solution.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, with a strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and development.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, and experience working in a team environment.
• Certification: ServiceNow certification is preferred but not required.
