Job Description

DataVolt is seeking a highly skilled Learning Experience Designer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of our employees and drive business success.

Responsibilities:
  1. Design and develop effective learning programs to address current and future business needs.
  2. Conduct thorough Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and Skills Gap Analysis (SGA) to identify employee development requirements.
  3. Collaborate with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), partners, and vendors to create cost-effective learning solutions.
  4. Implement tools to monitor and measure learning program effectiveness.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  1. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or an internationally recognized qualification in Talent Development (CIPD, SHRM, etc.).
  2. 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development roles.
  3. Proven track record of aligning L&D strategies with organizational goals.
  4. Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
  5. Demonstrated ability to design and implement succession plans.
  6. Expertise in technical and non-technical learning initiatives.
  7. Experience working with advanced e-learning platforms and creating engaging training content.
