Otolaryngology Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and skilled ENT surgeon to work in a dynamic healthcare environment at Saudi Petroleum Services Polytechnic.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert care to patients with ear, nose, and throat disorders, as well as contributing to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of ENT procedures, including endoscopic sinus surgery, tonsillectomy, and tympanoplasty.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for complex ENT cases.
• Lead and mentor junior staff, promoting a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in ENT surgery technology and techniques.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Essential:
  • Board certification in ENT Surgery
  • Significant clinical experience in ENT surgery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are advantageous)
• Desirable:
  • Fellowship training in a relevant subspecialty
  • Experience in a multicultural healthcare setting
  • A passion for teaching and research
