As a Rigging Specialist at Ahmedconsultant, you will utilize your engineering expertise to create detailed design drawings and conduct complex mathematical calculations to determine the most effective job method.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced professional who can provide feasibility studies, fabrication drawings, or other material calculations for specialty jobs such as lift systems.

  • Develop and provide design drawings and calculations to clients during the bid phase of the project.
  • Collaborate with members of the Sales Department to provide engineering counsel during bid and planning meetings.

Upon project award, review all drawings and calculations to ensure accuracy and completeness. Provide on-site engineering support and assistance to field personnel setting up equipment for the project.

Job Requirements

A successful candidate should have experience making rigging studies and working in various disciplinary fields with a wide range of equipment and techniques like heavy lifting, transportation, salvage, jack & slide, ballasting, and rail transport.
