Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage civil engineering projects, including contractor management in mega projects involving Clean Rooms, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or Food & Beverage production.
  2. Successfully manage projects from concept phase to completion, focusing on meeting deadlines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
  3. Build and sustain relationships with contractors and stakeholders, and optimize project execution, cutting costs, and improving workflows for better efficiency.
Requirements:
  1. Extensive experience in managing civil engineering projects, including contractor management in mega projects.
  2. A proven track record of successfully managing projects from concept phase to completion.
  3. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
