Asset Management Specialist

The Asset Management Specialist will be responsible for managing a portfolio of assets on behalf of our organisation.

This role requires a high level of organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to manage landlord-tenant relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Asset Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned assets, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  2. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to enhance asset performance, increase revenue, and reduce costs.
  3. Lease Administration: Manage lease agreements, including renewals, extensions, and terminations.
  4. Financial Analysis: Analyse financial performance, prepare budgets, and monitor expenses.
  5. Tenant Relations: Foster positive relationships with tenants, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly.
  6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective asset management.
  7. Market Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends, asset values, and relevant regulations.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in asset management, preferably in the Saudi Arabian market.
  3. Strong understanding of asset management principles, lease administration, and financial analysis.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
