The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies or Business Administration, with a Master's degree being preferred. They should have at least 8 years of relevant experience, with 3 years of managerial experience being preferred.

A strong understanding of legislations and regulations, as well as advanced research and analysis skills, is required. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are also essential.
