About the Position

Amazon MENA is seeking a Retail Operations Director to lead a team of Brand Specialists and drive business results across key retail metrics. As a Retail Operations Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans that meet vendor needs.

You will work closely with Category Leaders to get guidance and support strategic decision-making. Your team will be accountable for the business results of their assigned vendors.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans in collaboration with Vendor Managers and Account Managers
  • Lead a team of Brand Specialists to drive business results and improve vendor satisfaction
  • Train and coach Brand Specialists on Amazon mechanisms, processes, tools, and business topics
  • Audit metrics regularly to ensure quality of vendor and employee experience

Key Requirements

To excel in this role, you must have:

  • 4+ years of account management, project or program management, or buying experience
  • Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration and developing talent

Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • 4+ years of management consulting, investment banking analyst/associate, or brand manager role at leading consumer packaged goods company experience
  • Experience in financial analysis, retail buying, planning & allocation, product/project management, marketing, business development, consulting, negotiation, or supply chain
