About the Role

We are recruiting a highly experienced Senior Document Controller to join our team in KSA. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills, as well as expertise in document control procedures and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Control Leadership: With minimum 10 years of experience in Document Control, including 3-5 years PMC background, you will lead on document control activities and tasks, delegating to more junior team members where required.
  • Workflow Management: Experience in an Aconex workflow, such as creating WF templates, is essential. You will generate Current & Overdue Reports from Workflows, Delegates, Assign/Reassign, Close-out of documents, and ensure data security and quality remain at the highest standard possible.
  • Project Information Management: As a gatekeeper of project information, you will ensure confidentiality of critical project information, working closely with the PMIS group to supply necessary information for systems development.
  • Tailored Documentation: The successful candidate will be able to mobilize people and teams, drive for successful delivery, and develop tailored documentation and processes relevant for services, embedding client requirements into key documentation.
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Min 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role in Document control and record management
  • Must be able to communicate confidently in both written and spoken English
  • Must have experience in SharePoint
  • Experience with ISO9000 quality requirements
  • Possess good knowledge in document control and management processes and standards
  • Mature, proactive, take initiative, and well-organized
  • Systematic and able to work under pressure
  • Meticulous and able to follow through with tasks promptly
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Words, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience working with an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and SharePoint, Aconex, PMWeb, ProjectWise Etc.
