Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate Business Processes and Identify Opportunities for Improvement

  • Design and Implement Conversational AI Solutions

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services industry.
  3. Proven experience in designing and implementing Conversational AI solutions.
  4. Strong understanding of conversational design principles, user experience best practices, and user interface design.
  5. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with AI/ML technologies and their application in conversational AI.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard chatbot platforms and development tools.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Certification in Business Analysis or related fields.
