Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our commercial operations in Saudi Arabia. This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally respected media brand and drive growth in a high-growth market.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in media, specifically Out of Home, and a proven track record of growing revenue, building strong client relationships, and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the commercial, operations, and client servicing teams with a focus on revenue growth and client retention.
  • Build strong relationships with government entities, media partners, and top-tier brands across the Kingdom.
  • Drive the company's OOH strategy – across traditional formats and digital innovation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the media or advertising industry, with at least 5 in Out of Home (OOH).
  • Strong commercial acumen with a solid background in sales leadership.
  • Proven team leadership experience — able to motivate, mentor and scale regional teams.
  • Strong understanding of both classic and digital OOH formats, media buying behaviors, and campaign measurement.
  • In-depth knowledge of the KSA market and existing relationships within the industry.
