Telesales Representative

Bexel is a leading company in the sales and marketing industry, dedicated to providing innovative solutions to our clients.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads to discuss our services and identify new business opportunities.
• Engage in effective communication to understand customer needs and present our solutions.
• Schedule meetings between potential clients and our sales team to discuss further.
• Maintain a detailed log of calls, interactions, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls and meetings set.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine sales scripts and improve conversion rates.

• Must be a Saudi national.
• Located in Dammam or Khobar.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales or a related field.
• Good skills in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently from home, with a reliable internet connection.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to attend regular office meetings.
