This role will focus on sourcing, attracting, assessing and securing top talent for roles in Saudi Arabia, while ensuring compliance with labour laws and best hiring practices. You will work closely with business leaders, Talent teams, and external partners to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies that align with business needs, while prioritising an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans with a strong emphasis on candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure clear communication with candidates.
- Use various sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, agencies) to build a diverse and engaged talent pipeline.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Conduct HR behavioural interviews and competency-based assessments with a focus on respectful and transparent interactions.
- Ensure consistent and timely communication with candidates to keep them informed and engaged.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, senior leadership, and Talent teams to enhance the candidate journey.
- Act as a trusted talent adviser by providing insights and strategic recommendations to improve hiring efficiency while maintaining a candidate-first approach.
