About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital & Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This role is responsible for assisting in planning and executing all required Digital & Marketing Campaigns activities. The successful candidate will handle Digital and marketing operations tasks for all campaigns, B2B & B2C activities to support meeting the key KPIs of Revenue, Brand awareness, Corporate penetration, Digital Direct and Loyalty.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the delivery of digital and marketing operations requirements for assigned regions
  • Executing critical end-to-end B2B & B2C campaign briefs, timelines and deliverables
  • Updating key channel assets in a timely manner to display promotional offers, value-add and ancillary product propositions, and loyalty initiatives
  • Running regular reports to monitor usage of assigned marketing budget and associated returns on investment for activities
  • Maintaining daily interactions with regional Digital and Marketing teams, Head Office stakeholders in Pricing, Loyalty, CRM, Marketing, Digital and other relevant departments for day-to-day coordination work and communications
  • Ensuring all B2B & B2C campaigns are compliant with Qatar Airways' brand guidelines and standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 2 years of job-related experience
  • Strong experience required in Marketing as well as Digital
  • Experience in corporate business acquisition, partnerships and Loyalty marketing
  • Ability to create and manage content in English & Arabic
  • Experience organizing events
