About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to head our Consumer Electronics business in Egypt. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth, managing teams, and influencing cross-functional areas. This is an exciting opportunity to join Amazon and make a significant impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning end-to-end Selling Partner experience in Egypt to build a strong seller base in assigned categories.
  • Managing account managers and other functions handling new and existing accounts to increase Marketplace tool usage.
  • Partnering with business and technical teams to design and build country-specific features and solutions.
  • Identifying and driving new opportunities for Amazon's Marketplace business.
Requirements
  1. 10+ years of experience in leadership roles with a blend of technical, business, and product management.
  2. Program and project management experience leading large cross-functional efforts.
  3. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, technology, or business with relevant work experience.
  4. Ability to partner across multiple functional areas and geographic locations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience and background in international business, product and program management, and e-commerce.
  • MBA from top b-school preferred.
  • Knowledge of large groups in EG in FMCG and/or other retail verticals.
