  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, contractors, and suppliers, to resolve complex technical and design issues.
  3. Develop and implement project management strategies to meet client expectations and company goals.
  4. Prepare and submit project documents, including submittals, RFIs, and other required materials.
  5. Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  6. Provide expert guidance on AutoCAD, 2D and 3D plan elevations, and rendering programs.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, code officials, and third-party suppliers.
  8. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including project managers, team members, and clients.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture with knowledge in interior fit-out.
  2. Professional Architecture License and Registration.
  3. Strong knowledge of interior fit-out activities and a minimum of 4 years managing fit-out projects as a site engineer.
  4. At least 5 years of working experience as a Site Engineer/Architect for interior fit-out projects.
  5. A good eye for detail and experience in interior fit-out architecture.
