In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of tasks and projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with the project manager to develop schedules and allocate resources, as well as monitor the attendance of crew members and ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including creating schedules and allocating resources.
  • Monitor the attendance of crew members and ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise the use of machinery and equipment, ensuring that all safety precautions and quality standards are met.
  • Report on progress to managers and engineers, providing regular updates on the status of projects.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be able to problem-solve effectively.

Requirements

The successful candidate will need to have a good understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems, as well as the ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints.
