Electrical Systems Supervisor

We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Engineer to supervise electrical systems in our consultancy firm.
About the Role
This is a mid-senior level position requiring a full-time commitment to engineering and information technology. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in electrical engineering for high-rise towers and hospitality projects. They should be experts in power distribution, lighting systems, ELV systems, and fire alarm installations.
Main Responsibilities
Supervise the installation and execution of electrical systems, including LV, MV, lighting, power, ELV, and fire alarm systems. Review electrical designs, load calculations, shop drawings, and technical submittals for compliance with project requirements and codes. Evaluate electrical installations against Saudi and international standards, particularly those applicable to high-rise and hospitality projects. Coordinate effectively with architects, mechanical, civil engineers, and contractors for seamless integration. Conduct inspections and testing of electrical systems to ensure quality, performance, and safety standards. Provide on-site technical support and resolve design or execution-related issues. Maintain adherence to project timelines, quality benchmarks, and safety protocols. Prepare comprehensive reports and technical documentation.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and extensive experience working with consultancy firms. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential, as well as proficiency in electrical design and calculation software. Strong knowledge of international and Saudi electrical engineering standards is required, along with excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
