As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in upholding our high standards by ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, managing product receiving and inventory, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate records of product receiving and inventory management
• Collaborate with Commercial Company Administration to resolve any discrepancies or issues with incorrectly received products
• Coordinate all inventory-related activities, including cycle counts, quarterly inventories, and annual audits
• Provide support to sales staff throughout the entire sales process, from client reception to finalizing payments/packaging
• Assist with e-commerce related tasks, including shipping coordination, product labeling, and packaging
• Oversee administrative functions for Marketing events & exhibitions to ensure alignment with company standards and reputation for excellence
• Serve as the primary point of contact between exhibition management and the MEAI team to ensure smooth communication and strategic cohesion
• Develop and implement new admin processes to improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements
• Proven experience in sales administration, inventory management, and customer service in a luxury retail environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
• Strong organizational and time management skills to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with luxury retail procedures and operational processes
• Proficiency in store operation applications, such as Beanstore, Gemini CRM systems, SAP, and Excel
