About the Job
The Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front office, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and managing front office teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage front office operations, including night shifts as required.
- Address guest concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both languages (Arabic & English).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
