Regional Logistics Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Logistic Supervisor to join our team at Allied Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of logistics operations across our regional depots.

1. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring that stock levels are optimized and that products are stored and handled in accordance with company standards.
2. Logistics Operations: Oversee the day-to-day logistics operations, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, to ensure that they are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Quality Control: Conduct regular audits to ensure that all logistics operations are in compliance with company quality standards, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
4. Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of logistics staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
5. Reporting and Analysis: Compile and analyze reports on logistics operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

1. Education: 2nd Level education or equivalent, with a diploma in stock management or a related field.
2. Experience: 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in logistics and inventory management.
3. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
4. Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders.
