The Responsibilities of a BIM ManagerThis role involves leading and managing complex BIM projects, producing BIM models and CAD drawings for all stages of design. You will also train and mentor junior CAD staff in the use of Revit.
As part of our team, you will work closely with colleagues from various disciplines and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
The Essential Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience of using Revit in a building/SMEP-based role.
- Strong practical experience of using BIM software packages such as BIM 360 and Navisworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of all BIM practices and documentation such as BSI ISO 19650 and COBie.
You must have strong knowledge of multi-disciplinary services coordination and experience working under pressure to tight deadlines.
