As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks and responsibilities.

Your duties will include:

  • Guiding and supporting junior colleagues to enhance their performance and job satisfaction.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer orders, supplier shipments, and product availability to inform decision-making.
  • Cultivating relationships with internal/external contacts to stay up-to-date on essential information.
  • Coordinating the movement of goods into and out of the business, including ordering, distribution, and inventory tracking.
  • Collaborating with teams to plan and manage packaging materials and maintain accurate records of sales, maintenance, and production order entry.
  • Optimizing logistics operations by scheduling inbound and outbound deliveries and preparing daily receiving and shipping schedules.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A diploma degree and a minimum of 1 year experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Tasnee's Supply Chain Systems and knowledge of transportation emergency response, inventory management, and warehouse management practices.
  • Excellent English language skills and ability to use MS Office applications.
