You will develop and implement all quality control procedures and standards, monitor all operations that affect quality in the construction department, and supervise and guide the construction team to meet quality expectations.

Additionally, you will perform inspections of all materials, equipment, and construction practices, prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong educational background in construction or related fields, exceptional knowledge of quality assurance and control procedures, excellent leadership and communication skills, and strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
