The Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Credit Control Manager who will maintain and monitor all customer billed invoices and follow-up on unpaid balances over 30 days after payment terms. This role involves generating aging reports to identify details of open account balances, maintaining appropriate documentation and notes of all collection activity, updating A/R Folder for weekly BOD reports with cash collection forecast for six weeks and sending internal email updates for the top 10 AR clients to CXOs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collection activities including payment follow-ups and reviewing payment terms as per agreed upon clients' PO/Contract.

  • Cheque collections including issuing receipts for client cheque payments.

  • Generating and sending statements of accounts to clients.

  • Conducting client visits.

  • Managing Bank Guarantee Applications.

  • Collecting Bank Guarantees and security cheques.

  • Preparing daily and weekly AR reports.

  • Updating the AR Folder daily.

  • Maintaining the customer database using NAV.

  • Performing ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business management, or accounting.

  • Proficiency in MS Dynamics Navision and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).

  • Familiarity with VAT and Withholding regulations (UAE, KSA, EGY, QAT).

  • Able to prepare reports and presentations effectively.

  • Strong analytical and evaluation skills.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to adapt to new situations and build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

  • Persistent and hardworking with a keen eye for detail.
