Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our Endoscopy business in the Western Region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and developing relationships with current and potential customers, tracking trends and competitors, and carrying out sales-related activities in line with our regional sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with current and potential customers in the Western Region.
  • Tracking industry trends, competitors, and product developments, and reporting to your manager.
  • Carrying out sales-related activities in accordance with regional sales targets and company strategies.
  • Planning, implementing, and reporting customer/partner visits and demos.
  • Evaluating requests for proposals from customers/partners and preparing a complete list of materials.
  • Carrying out deliveries and installations, providing post-sales user training, and attending surgery cases.
  • Communicating customer feedback to Quality Management Representative and Manager.
  • Providing support to logistics team when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, medical, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in medical device sales within a clinical or operating room setting.
  • Fluency in Arabic and good command of English.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and product demonstration skills.
  • Valid KSA driving license.
