Job Summary

The Quality Assurance Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Quality Assurance Office, ensuring the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance processes and procedures.

  • Coordinate quality assurance meetings and events.
  • Maintain and update quality assurance documentation.
  • Collect and analyze quality assurance data and feedback.
  • Support the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
  • Liaise between the Quality Assurance Office and academic departments.
  • Manage the office's administrative functions.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
