About Us:

TechnePlus is a dynamic company seeking an experienced Power Apps and Automate Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Power Platform Developer, you will be responsible for creating innovative business solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop applications using Power Apps and Power Automate to automate business processes and improve efficiency.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that the Power Platform solutions meet their needs.
  3. Troubleshoot and debug Power Apps applications and Power Automate flows to enhance performance.
  4. Implement data protection measures to ensure data integrity and security.
  5. Maintain and update applications to ensure they are up-to-date and functional.
  6. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure seamless adoption of new applications.
  7. Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in the Power Platform ecosystem.
  8. Document design decisions, workflows, and user guides for future reference.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in developing applications using Microsoft Power Apps and creating workflows with Power Automate.
  3. Experience building and using custom connectors, integrating with both standard and custom APIs.
  4. Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service) and its integration with Power Platform.
  5. Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
  6. Experience integrating Power Platform tools with other Microsoft 365 services like SharePoint, Teams, and Dynamics 365.
  7. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  9. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  10. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
